DSL SECURITY VAULT SPECIFICATIONS

DOOR: Overall thickness of 5 3/4". Constructed with a defense barrier of outer and inner steel plates. The composite barrier is a proprietary amalgamation of nuggets and steel fibers to withstand concentrated burglary attacks. In addition, the DSL SECURITY VAULT offers an abrasive / drill resistant hard plate protecting the entire door surface.

BODY: 3 1/2" thick body constructed of inner and outer steel plates enclosing a solid defense barrier of high density proprietary composite material. 

A reinforced drill resistant door frame protects the door and each individual bolt chamber from severe attacks. A proprietary inner barrier protects against peeling attacks. 

High strength shelves are adjustable.

FIRE ENDURANCE: 2 hour, 350 degree factory fire rating. Tested at temperatures up to 1850 degrees F, for a period of 2 hours. Interior temperature did not exceed 350 degrees.

LOCKING MECHANISM: The DSL SECURITY VAULT's impressive 3-way locking mechanism is equipped with 6 to 10 massive 1 1/2" diameter chrome plated solid steel locking bolts. Each bolt moves deep into the body's protected bolt chambers. The entire boltwork mechanism is also protected by a spring operated boltwork detent system. Bolts stay in the retracted position when the door is opened and automatically engage when the door is closed.

A hinged boltwork cover provides access to safes' highly advanced locking mechanism. All DSL SECURITY VAULTS are equipped with a three way active boltwork mechanism engaging the bolts horizonally and vertically into the body of the safe. Further protection includes a glass plate relocker system.

LOCKS: All DSL SECURITY VAULTS are equipped with a U.L. listed Group II key changeable combination lock. The lock is protected by a massive drill shattering hard plate and two additional spring loaded relocking devices. Optional on most safes the DSL SECURITY VAULT comes standard with a high security keylock for added protection. 

HINGES: Each DSL SECURITY VAULT hinge offers a vertical height adjustment and utilizes an oil impregnated bearing ensuring easy door operation. A wide variety of electronic locking devices are available as options.
